All Clear Title, Inc. is licensed by the Florida Department of Financial Services and operates though its local office in Altamonte Springs, Florida.  All Clear Title is licensed to conduct Title Insurance services throughout the State of Florida but deals primarily in Central and South Florida and utilizes the underwriting services of Chicago Title Insurance Company, established in 1847.

We use the latest and most efficient real estate closing and accounting software and believe in using technology to its fullest potential.  We can download loan packages and send closing documents to you via email or fax.

YOUR PRIVACY:

To ensure that your privacy is protected, we have implemented an innovative file scanning system for in-house scanning and shredding of files to ensure that your personal and financial information remains private and confidential - away from the hands of identity thieves.

QUALIFIED EXPERIENCE:

The company’s founder and President, Rhonda Adams, has worked in the legal field and Title Insurance industry since 1989 after graduating with Honors from an ABA accredited Paralegal program in North Carolina. Ms. Adams relocated to Florida in 1992 and has worked in the Florida Title Insurance industry since that time. She has managed local attorney-owned title companies and has gained extensive knowledge and expertise in the Title Insurance and related services industry.  For over two years, she worked with HANDS of Central Florida as a speaker in the First Time Home Buyers Workshop.  She is committed to providing quality service to her clients.

SCHEDULING CONVENIENCE:

We know that sometimes, despite everyone's best efforts, closings can happen sooner or later than anticipated leaving you with a scheduling conflict.  We want to make your transaction flow as smoothly and as stress-free as possible.  Should you be unable to attend closing at our ofifce, we will travel outside our ofifce to perform the closing at a location of your choosing.
